Thank you for supporting my small art business! I want you to love your painting, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work:

Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return within 14 days of purchase.

• To be eligible for a refund, the painting must be returned in its original condition.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. I do not cover postage costs for returned items.

• Refunds will be issued only after the painting has been safely returned and received.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Lost or Damaged Returns

• I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. For this reason, I recommend using a tracked shipping method and appropriate packaging to ensure the painting arrives safely.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon.

Please email me at clairefoxworth23@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. I’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.

All orders are processed and shipped within 14 days of purchase. Once your art is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Shipping within the United States is included in the price of each piece—no extra charges at checkout!

🌍 International Shipping
At this time, we are not set up for international orders directly through the website. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please email me (clairefoxworth23@gmail.com) to inquire about shipping options and rates.
